Michael Sheehan

Michael Sheehan is a distinguished fellow at New York University's Center on Law and Security and formerly was coordinator for counterterrorism at the U.S. State Department and deputy commissioner of counterterrorism for the New York City Police Department. Karen Greenberg is executive director of the Center on Law and Security. They were co-chairs of the Markle Foundation and Center on Law and Security project Reforming the Culture of National Security: Vision, Clarity, and Accountability.
